We utilize our own equipment to prevent any additional cost.
Most clean outs will be completed in just one day
We utilize our own staff to remove, Clean, Sweep, and Vacuum property prior to completion

We will carefully review your items and get the best sale for items. We can evaluation each item in different ways to give you the easiest experience. We can review the items virtually or physically depending on your needs. We will then pick up your items within 3 business days after offers are agreed on

Completing the sale
Payments will be processed for the client within 2-5 business days, along with a summary of sales totals and the amount available for distribution to you.
